Gender: | how is it that 99.99999% of the OTIS' threads are in the supplement section? Wolf I have my training and nutrition figured out for myself, i want to get feedback on supplements and what is the best and the worst because i want to get my money's worth. The way i research creatine is by posting threads like this one. |

1.) it was rhetorical 2.) it was filled with sarcasm i find it funny that most of the stuff you post about is regarding supplements. if you believe you have training and diet penned down correctly, why don't you share your knowledge in these two fields (i prefer you share knowledge in training and programming) with the rest of us? why don't you post an informative post in one of the training forum threads, please?

| Rank: Light Heavyweight Experience: 3-5 Years | well, i went ahead and looked up every post you've made (yes stalker) and i see that you do have some posts in the training and powerlifting forums... but, i just found it suspicious that the majority of your posts are in the nutrition and supplements forums. thats all. i won't say you know everything about training, especially after reading this: Quote:
my point is simple: i realize you have posted before in other forums. the fact that you mostly post here makes me curious why but each to his own. like you said: you dont know enough about supps (i dont know shit about anything except a little bit about training and programming) so you ask questions....cool.
