What is the best creatine you guys can recommend for a beginner like me (10 months training). I heard it is great stuff for muscle growth and recovery so what do you guys take? Thanks

Try doing some more searching/reading. It has been discussed extensively. You'll understand creatine better and it'll answer your questions.

(to answer your question, creatine monohydrate...now go find out why)

NO xplode is amazing! Start slow though because it's quite intense.

No telling how much creatine is in there. I don't think NO xplode has much creatine in it though.

^^ I think you are correct. There's creatine in it but not enough to give you the bloated feeling. In fact, I've lost 3 lbs since I started taking it a couple weeks ago even though i've gone up in my lifting. I think it's more of a pump than anything. Excellent product though.

For creatine i just buy the reg mono pills from walmart its dirt cheap (like 13 bucks for a months worth of 5 grams per day). Also buy my whey there too. EFF GNC!!!

250gr (50 servings @ 5gr) of creatine monohydrate is $9.99 at GNC. NP is much cheaper than that. But both beat walmart. Walmart's protein is fine though.

My point was that there isn't enough creatine in no xplode to be effective.

Well that's much cheaper considering almost a whole month more serving size. I'll have to check it out next time. Is that a sale price or the standard price?

Standard...I think that's powder though. But they have had it buy one get one half, so for 500gr it's $16.00 with tax here in NC.
