Gender:   |  Best Whey Isolate? I was in my supplement store for over a half an hour looking at the different brands of isolates. Off the top of my head there was VP2 isolate, Isopure, Prolab's Whey Isolate. I ended up with the VP2 because I love the company. (AST-Max-OT) Has anyone tried VP2? Any comments besides the taste being rank? |

| I started buying my protein at trueprotein.com you could get two pounds of WPI for something like 15bucks! And that is with a flavor added in! You could make a combination of different proteins like 60%WPC with 40%WPI or vice versa. Hell you can make a night time shake formula with MPI, which is almost identical to Micellar amino acid profile breakdown, but almost half of the price. That's why I can't justify buying from the health food stores, this is of course for myself. If you got a certain flavor that you like and can't be emulated then switching to save a few bucks is not worth it. I'm having a hard time getting away from Biotest's Low-Carb grow, because of taste. |

Gender: | I use to take Isopure for about a year. The only problem is the stuff doesn't dissolve very well and nor does it taste well when compared to regular proteins like ON. It was decent in milk though, so maybe it depends on if it was put in water or milk. I would try a different brand of isolates before buying Isopure again though because I think its too overpriced for the amount you get. Gender:  | Substance WPI is my choice or the new Optimum Nutrition 100%whey gold. I have not seen much benefit from supplementing with WPI over WPC, I use both depending on the time of the day.  |

Gender: | Guys, I'm not asking what protein everyone uses, only a specific type. I still use 100% whey and know all about it. Does anyone use VP2??? Only comments on VP2?? |
