| Gotcha..thats what I figured... Since I never really get the chance to work out in the AM, I will take the Xena in the morning right before breakfast. I usually can get to the gym once, every day...should I continue the 3x Blitz a day or only pre-workout? I just need to set a good schedule if I want to mix these. What Xena did you take? I used to take the kind that had Euphedra, and it rocked...RIP(military banned it a long time ago)....but the new EFX Extra Strength gives a good kick...I tried that 8 hour crap, it never did anything for me. Anything with no2 should only be taken preworkout only. Oh, and don't be tempted to buy slump-tech. |
