Gender: | That Truemass is going to expensive real fast. Check out a generic version and compare labels. You may be surprised. Cellmass made me bloated when I took it. I found creatine ethyl ester to be more tolerable on my stomach. In my opinion the food is more important than supps. So the basic whey, creatine, vitamin, and oils should be enough |

| Rank: Lightweight Experience: > 1 Year | Ice cream is great for putting on fat. Fruits are good. Especially post workout. But eat them in moderation. The carbs from fruits are high GI. Tuna is a great source...I have at least a can a day. Lots of granola bars contain lots of High Fructose Corn Syrup, which is no good...so read the labels. Eat plenty of green vegetables...there is a sticky in the nutrition forum that will help you to choose what to eat. |

Gender: | Like Eric said a good multivitamin and some fish oil. For bulking up I occasionally like to add in a good steak and some baked potatoes once in awhile. Good luck on bulking up. |
