did you notice a difference when you stopped doing it this way?

I'm cycling off the CEE I've been using right now before I start BN's CEE and I haven't noticed any mass losses really. I don't retain water on CEE the way I did when I took the mono. The retention with the mono was truly disgusting. Not only that,it also aggravated my acid reflux pretty bad.

"A leveled off teaspoon is about 3 grams of TP CEE" - Thats from Doug at TrueProtein.

One of the best investments you can make is to buy a cheap digital food scale for your bulk powders. That way you can get an accurate measurement the first time you use something and then know approximately how much you will be taking when using teaspoon/tablespoon measurements.

Sleazy do you have any specific recommendations on that? I'd like to have one. I know they are selling one at True but if you know of a cheap one that's good....
