The dosage is 3 grams usually. Either all at once or 1.5 grams pre and post. The container usually has a teaspoon to gram conversion.

It depends on how many grams are in a teaspoon for you because every batch is different. In mine, there are 530mg in a 1/4ts, so i take 1 teaspoon/serving which is a bit over 2 grams. I think most people take 2 grams pre/2 grams post workout and just 2g anytime on non-workout days.

I hear that the intestine absorbs 1/2 of what you take, so if you want 3g you should take 6g....

I see it all the time--people beating themselves up in the gym and not seeing results. They don't understand that hitting the weights hard is only a small part of growing or even cutting down. I could train the same all year round and get big or get ripped just by eating different and taking different supplements"

^^^That seems like a lot. It would kind of defeat one of the perks of CEE. And if you extend that logic to creatine mono you'll be taking "loading" type amounts.

From what I've heard people do fine with 3 to 4 grams alltold. One day I'll actually try it, lol.

There are CEE reviews somewhere in the supplement testers section.

What do you mean " defeat one of the perks of CEE " ?

Well one of the perks is that you can take a lot less of it than mono and still get great results. Even though it is a little more expensive the lower dose makes it still an affordable choice for people who want something more convenient that mono or perhaps have some problems with it. Basically people seem to do well with the recommended dosages. Maybe only half is reaching the blood but half must be enough.

The muscles can only hold so much creatine. Once you reach the saturation point it doesn't take very large dosages to maintain it. All the extra in the world won't increase the amount you can get in the muscle at that point.

But I'm just regurgitating on CEE. Others who actually have used it I'm sure will weigh in. From what I've seen most labels don't recommend higher than UP TO 5 grams a day but usually around 3 grams is the baseline recommendation. Now if anyone would benefit from recommeding more, it would be the people selling it

3grams... If needed, go for more. Try out three grams, than move up if needed. Your body will let you know.
