| Hey guys, I just got some bulk stuff from TP, and I've read in other threads and on other sites about the recommendations for CM being either 4 grams pre-workout, or something like 3 grams pre- and 2-3 grams post- But anyway, does anybody have an approximation for how many grams are in something that is household, like a teaspoon? The CM has a tiny measuring cup in it, but the only marking I can find on it is "1.7cc" which I'm guessing is cubic centimeters? Anyway, any help you guys can provide would be most appreciative, so I can actually start using this stuff, lol |

For CM, in general a level teaspoon or a little more should be fine for both pre and post. I use a rounded teaspoon, basically. Last edited by Eric3237; 03-28-2007 at 03:49 PM. |

That's a big problem with TrueProtein since they don't label anything and then give you gram amounts of the sight and CC scoops with your stuff. It's pretty annoying. I've never gotten around to using CEE but maybe someone else can give you a round about amount...I don't remember off the top of my head. I'd say a scant teaspoon should get you in the ballpark. |

| That's a damn good idea, dont know why I didn't think about trying that, by the way, to anybody that has tried both, are CM and CEE supposed to be tasteless, cause I mixed them together in water and one of them gave it a pretty sour funky taste, just wondering if this is normal... |

Disregard what I said before. Your dosage will be a little higher for teaspoons. And you want at least 3 or more grams pre-workout if you really want to feel it. |
