Hey, im about to start takin creatine again but was just wondering what brand is the best for CEE.Ive taken regular mono in the past but have heard better results from CEE.Ive heard alot of different kinds but was wondering what brand would be the cheapest and the most effective for the money. Thanks.

Personally I think your best bet is to buy it from a trusted online bulk supplier like TrueProtein.com, BulkNutrition.com, or Nutraplanet.com. For most of the brand name stuff you are just paying extra to cover their marketing costs.

Ok thanks and what do u think i should do should i get some CEE and take that with an NO supplement.

I personally don't think there is any benefit to NO supplements so I can't really recommend them. Some people will argue with me but that is just my personal observation.
