| Rank: Lightweight Experience: > 1 Year | Save your money. Did you do a search for Cell Tech? I'm sure there are lots of references to it. It's overpriced. There are 75 grams of dextrose per serving which is a LOT. You would be likely to crash during your workout with that much sugar. Or if you took it after, that much sugar seems fattening. The creatine is mostly just creatine monohydrate. They list several other forms of creatine in the mix, but the quantity of the other forms is probably very small. For the 2.2lb tub, it's $23 on bulknutrition.com. You get 10 servings. That's more than $2 per serving...ridiculous. I got a kilo of creatine monohydrate from NP for $13...that would be at least 100 servings...probably more if you dosed with anything less than 10gr per serving. You can order CEE from them also, which might be better, but it's more expensive. All creatine works the same IMO........at least, the difference isn't worth more than 10 cents per serving. If you want to try it though, it will work. Just not worth the money. |

| Creatine Monohydrate Now monohydrate needs a glucose transporter to get into the blood stream, so if you mix this with your pre or post workout shake (providing you put dex/malto in your shakes) it will work great. and the best part is its cheap. |

Gender: | Don't get disouraged about using creatine! It's a great supplement, ask anyone! Everyone is just trying to save you some money... No doubt creatine works, take your pick, buy some monohydrate and add sugar(malto/dex, grape juice, etc.), or buy some cee and don't.. I personally prefer mono, I wasn't thrilled with cee.... No need for the name brands on a creatine supp.. |
