I would go with Cyto-gainer, Oxodrol-12 (of course all the pct supps too), creatine, whey, food, food, food, and food.

yummmm pancakes ....

ONDRAFT, there are really only a few things you need IMO. Quality protien is huge, good carbs around regular meals, malto/dex or wms around workouts, perhaps some CEE and citruline. And if your feeling froggy, grab some beta alanine.

That is a no nonsense list, and it should cost you under 40 bucks for a month of everything on that list, including protien. Then all you need to do is hit the wieghts hard, and you'll be swingin a big stick kid.
