I just bought Controlled labs WHite Blood and Green Bulge. The dosage is 3 whites and 5 greens. (they are pills) Seens im taking both compared to just one would you think it would be alrite to take 2 whites and 4 greens. im around 210 pounds

I would keep the creatine product to the recommended dosage.

Thats kind of what i was thinking. Because the green has arginine in it, so i figured i can shorten the white blood dosage a little bit. dose that make sense?

I'm pretty sure all their products are meant to be stacked, so i would keep the dosages the same. Also, a little extra (in this case) can never hurt.

what if i took the 2 pills i left out before, and took them when i went to sleep?

Why would you do that? Why not just follow instructions on the bottle?
