Gender: | g'day, i am new here on this forums and fairly inexpearienced in the world of weight lifting, for starters i am 20, about 85kgs (about 187lbs i think) and have been lifting for a couple of months. when i did a bit of lifting (about 3 months worth) a couple of years ago i used to get a product from metagenics called Myobolic, this contained creatine monohydrate, HMB and L-Glutamine, now this product is no longer availible (discontinued) so i have had to look elsewhere for my suppliments... i have just purchased some products from musashi, some pure creatine monohydrate and some muscle recovey BCAA's (L-Leucine, L-valine and L-Isoleucine) i eat fairly well (3 main meals and 2 or 3 small meals/snacks) usually consisting of toast from brekky, muesli bar and/or fruit for mornin and afternoon smoko, salad roll/sandwhiches for lunch (chicken breast and salad), and meat(usually steak) and vegies for tea.. i have a couple of questions... i do not plan on increasing my mass a whole lot, just removing some body fat (typical australian beer gut) and putting on a bit of muscle, i want to stay around the 85kg (187lbs) mark but my main goals are to get a flat stomach, and a little bit of muscle and i am just wondering if the suppliments above will suffice?? if they are not sufficient what else should i be adding in?? cheers. (sorry for the long first post) |
