When I first took it I would workout but it wasn't anything to speak of. I would wake up, take the recommended dosage and head to the gym. So by the time I ate it was about an hour-1.5hrs. I would do treadmill and lift, but I wasn't lifting the right way.

Just doing that bit of cardio, and watching (not really dieting) what I ate, I lost a load (21lbs.)

Now, however, my schedule has changes. I need to also figure out a schedule, do I take it right when I wake up (5am) and then RIGHT before I go to the gym take my protein/creatine and then protein/creatine right after workout. Then s**t, shower/shave, then eat breakfast? *hint* anyone got advice?

I just know of the different brands I took when I wanted to look better this one was the one I can say worked for me, for you? who knows, it just did for me. I tried Hydroxycut Hardcore, Didn't like the jitters and the upset stomach. NEVER had that with Hot-Rox. NO, I'm not some sales guy for that stuff either.

Best of Luck, and if you try it out, PLEASE let me know, good or bad how it works for you!!
Im def going to buy it and give it a shot. As a college student, ill mostly do the cardio between classes(gaps) and training after classes which are 4pm and 7pm during the week. Im battling the same problem you are, when to take the pills because before training im downing creatine/protein shake. so when do i take the pill? what would you suggest, because cutting is mu main goal then toneing.also hot rox also comes in EXTREME so which one is best to pick? thanks for the info man.

What kind of advice are you looking for?

For one, you dont mention carbs around your workouts. Definately need some of those pre, post, ppwo. take in about 30g before hand and 40-80 afterwards. Then have another pro/carb meal for ppwo, such as some egg whites and oats.

The hot rox etreme has a few extra things added to it over regular. And at only a few dollars more, it cant hurt to give extreme a shot.

Scorcher2005- I am waking at 5am, will have 1/2 my creatine dose and half my protein dose, maybe a tuna sandwich or banana and/or bread, or something like that. Then immdediately after I would have the 2nd part of the creatine/protein, get ready for work then have breakfast.

Trying to decide if having the hot-rox would be better to have around lunch time and then before supper (maybe).

Recommendations?

Thanks again for all your advice! Really helpful!!

Like i said, you need those carbs before hand for some energy. The carbs afterwards spike insulin to dirve protein, aminos, creatine, etc... into your muscles.

How do you eat a tuna sandwich before hand? I cant really food RIGHT before or it usually ends up coming up.

And as far as the hot-rox, i wouldnt take them before dinner as it may cause you not to sleep. But experiment around with them. IMO, the best would be to take them right before working out, and especially before cardio.

Yes cell tech is a good creatine, swole is a good creatine too less expensive. But the important thing is to boost your insulin level with your creatine, booth of this product used dextrose in there mix to boost the insulin level. Me cell tech and swole are my best creatine result, booth you can take all other kind of cretine, but to maximize your result take at less 50 g of dextrose with it.

I agree, I am looking at taking that CEE when the cell tech runs out. Not 100% on the diff between mono and Esther though.

As for taking it. Today I took 1 scoop of protein immediately followed by 1 scoop of cell tech about 20-30min before workout then about 10-15 after. Then got ready for work then had a tuna sandwich. Followed by a multi-vitamin.

So once I figure out a morning supp. routine I will then just need to pick out a creatine.

Keeping a log and also taking some pics tonight to monitor everything.
