i dont use dextrose personally but i know that the people who ive talked to about it use around 25 grams depending on the person

From what ive learned here is any creatine monohydrate is good but i heard good things about Problab, Opimum Nutri, but definately stay away from muscletech

Primaforce and MRM got some good shit too, I just buy whichever is cheaper. Currently I am also using Bulk CEE.
