Default Creatine amount question?

Is there a certain amount of creatine that should be taken at one serving? I bought some CEE that says I should take 3 caps before and 3 caps after my workouts. Also the same amount on off days. I was wondering how much creatine is enough to get results and if its necessary to take it on off days.

I've seen people take CEE anywhere from 3-6grams.
What ever it says should be fine. But I need to know what is the brand and what is the dosage, in grams?

that's seems fine, but I don't know how big you are so or if there are any other items in the cree. you could up it to 3 grams. or stay with it at that dosage and see what happens in a month.

im also taking nitrix and im wondering when i should be taking it, right now im taking creatine and nitrix before and after my workouts, is it safe to take creatine and nitrix at the same time? whats best?

The dosage information for these CEE product seems to vary anywhere from 1.4 to 3 grams a serving. 1.2 grams is the lowest recommended I've seen.

Obviously, the optimum dosage level is not really known or agreed upon. Two grams seems to be the most popular range with up to 3 grams for some products. All I can say is, at 1.2 grams, I would hope that it is the pure stuff and lives up to it's claims.

1.2 grams before and 1.2 grams after the workout is 2.4 grams. That should be enough CEE.

BTW: I would recommend getting CEE powder, since it is WAAAYYY cheaper. I got a kilo of the stuff for around 30 bucks i believe. At 3 grams a day, that's a year's supply.
