Default creatine and glutamine concern.

is it okey if i will use creatine and glutamine at the same time? and when is the best time to take creatine and glutamine??

Creatine, post workout with high GI carbs, Glutamine, never, unless you already bought it, then just throw it in with the same shake as the creatine.

I just recently bought a 1000g jar of L-Glutamine. Oh well, at least I know not to buy it again.
