ive been taking 6 star brand creatine for 3 months now had to take a drug test last week flunked the drug text due to steroids is it possible that this is some kind of filler 6 star is putting in there creatine advice please

It could be a contaminate. It's happened in the past. I've never heard of it with 6 starr brand in particular though.

I suppose maybe there are other things that could cause this positive though...

dave, what exactly did they test for?

Some test only for elivated test levels, others for certain dirivatives ... its possible from working out you simply have raised test levels.

A lot of people use creatine/niacin to beat drug tests or use detox kits that contain creatine in them (almost all contain it). I wouldn't be even a little surprised if they picked up on your elevated creatine levels (or extra creatine in the urine) and assumed you were trying to hide something.
