Default Creatine Effectiveness

For some reason I had forgotten to take my creatine today. Didn't realize till after bench, but my performace was drained during that period i could not even complete my 5x5 for bench...fell short a rep or 2. I was wondering was it the creatine's fault or a mental thing? I ran up and took my usual 3g right after i noticed and felt good about 20 mins later. Just something im pondering about...

saturation wont be effect by missing one dose, it was either in your head, or something else effected you hombre.

i eat an apple its a slow buring carb give you alot of energy.
thought creatine was soposed to be taken after workouts.

hmmm i see got 2 try before and after,i guess its the cheap walmart creatine .short in cash this month.even tho since i started the cycle if gone up 40 pounds in my bench ect.

Damn thats pretty good...Eh i liked CEE by Pinnacle the most but ive been stuck with Ce2 from GNC due to credit card being maxed out so im in the same boat as you lol

guys, you should check out some of the online suppliers Bulknutrition.com and nutraplanet.com both have creatine mono, and CEE for very cheap in bulk powder form.

I've been using Bulk Nutrtion CEE for about two months now and the stuff is great. Tastes like bile but it does the trick.
