|  Creatine in a pill form alrite i was wondering if anyone has tested these fucking horse pills, and if there more effective then the powder form? How long do they take to start seeing change, there extremely expensive.. Knewsence |

Gender:  | Look at the ingredients. It's creatine ethyl ester Hcl. The fact that it's in tablet form has nothing to do with anything except convenience, which you pay extra for. You can get it in a powder. |
