Then main thing with CEE is that it helps repair your muscle...so if you eat the right food and workout with the right intensity it will help alot....you haven't give us ur diet or workout program. It's by no means a miricle supplement.but personally I've noticed a huge difference, from joint suport to strenght

sometimes they'll have a buy one get one free so it's about $35 for 10lb and that'll last you a while. its pretty cheap and i'm getting great results from it. yeah loading phase sucks but holy nut i packed about 7 pounds in a week in a half. not alot but enough to catch my attention. and it doesn't matter if its cheap or if its expensive it all works the same way. good luck

hey TALO i like your sig thats some motivation for me. i do new constuction pumbing i work straght 9hr a day and it gets you tired. but at the end of the day i still find myself in the gym hitting it hard.
