Gender: | Kane: no my creatien jar is a 5 pound jar and i just need something small so i can take with me. yes 6-8 pills is alot but i just need it for a week. all i want to know if the effects of pills and powder are the same? as in breaking down and effects or disadvantages. thanks guys!!! |

Gender: | Can you put some of your creatine into a smaller jar? I would buy the small bottle of mono because it would kill me to have to buy those pills. They're just not cost effective at all. In any event, the pills and the powder are comparable in my experience, powder wins over pills though. I would rather go with a capsule than a tablet. Or chew the tablet so that it digests like a powder (unless its some kind of slow release design, then dont chew lol) |
