Default Creatine Questions

I just bought a bottle of the creatine pills this weekend and i have a couple of questions concerning it

- is it safe to take
- how long before u notice results
- any tips on how to use it to get the most out of it


all help is much appreciated

- on average, 4-6 weeks

now does it have to be water..or can it be gatorade?

i work out every other day....should i switch to working out everyday just so i take the pill everyday ...or is taking it every other day good?

thx for the info...one more question

it says on the bottle to take 5 capsules AFTER the workout...

is that the best time to take it..or would it be better to take it before?....

I've had very good results using creatine. Personally, I like BSN Cellmass the best because there's no loading phase and it doesn't seem to be as rough on my stomach in the mornings.

My only concern with taking creatine with Gatorade would be the extra calories from sugar. Of course, if you're not fighting extra fat, like me, then I wouldn't worry about it.

so if it says to take 5 after the workout and i've been reading to take some before

should i do 2 pills before...then 3 after or vice versa..or all at the end

what about days i'm not lifting....if i'm not lifting that day..should i still consume the pills and consume water?
