| Rank: Bantamweight | whats up everybody. i was in bjs and seen those eas myoplex for a good price. 42 grams of protein each shake. well all in all i had to dish out a lot of money for some stuff and was unable to go get the usually protein drink i would have so i have been using those as my main shake since i got them, they taste pretty ok and they are convieniant because they are already mixed. they have seven grams of fat which i dont think is to high. my questions is............................. is it a good source for a protein shake. im gonna try to drink one in the morning post workout and before i go to bed since i need around 300 grams of protein a day. would i be able to stick to this or should i change it up? |

A good option might be to take that and then add a scoop (or 2) of whey to it. And maybe add in some malto or something. Just an idea. |

But no matter how cheap they were on sale for it still isn't a cost-effective way just to get a "protein drink". Malto is maltodextrin. |
