Default Fat loss supplements

Hey guys. Need some advise on what the best fat burner supplement on the market is. I'm already on a strict diet but just want some added help.

They type of suppliments you use to cut with, and how they are taken, should be determined by the type of diet your on. Post up your stats, diet, and goals and then we can look at supps.

Default Stats

Well I'm a very large framed guy. I'm 6ft tall and weight about 350lbs, I got down to 260 before and I looked great so I think thats my goal. I do cardio about 30 - 40 minutes a day and am on a pretty strict diet(but could use some help on that too). I just wanted to know if their was anything out there in the supplement world that could really benefit me. I also could use some assistance on training programs. I just kinda do the same ole same ole and would like to mix it up.

Well like hardgainer mentioned Diet is really the key in this. You could be taking top of the line thermogenics but if your diet is bad then they aren't going to do much for you at all. You mentioned strict diet do you have something that you could post breaking down the meals into micronutrients (protien/fat/carbs) and timing as well?

To answer your question though more directly, sure there are definatly some supplements that will help you out in losing weight, but my whole point is, why invest in some product thats gunna cost your prolly $30-40 if your not going to be using it to the best of your ability. Diet is the key

verb is correct. I would say at your size you should be looking into PSMF or some variation. In which case using something to pull you into a ketonic state, like sesamin would be benificial.

And of course with all things the heralded EC stack would help, but I wouldnt use it till your down some in your bf range.
