| So, I was bugging around our medicine closet and I found a bottle of flaxseed oil pills. I've heard somethings about flaxseed, but not enough. Should I consider taking it? What exactly does it do and would it make that big of a difference? |

Gender: | I've been using Flaxseed Meal for a while now. It's ground flax seeds and it's very inexpensive. A pound is $2.39 at my grocery store. Two tablespoons has 2400 mg of Omega 3 and a pound lasts a month. I add it to my cottage cheese every morning. |
