I got my supplements today. Thanks.

I thought I would give some feedback here, as I use.

First - Creatine Edge : Foams when you add to water, tastes like candy. But no information has been sent with this product , so I don't know how much creatine is in it.

Gator Whey and Whey 100% - There is an information sheet, but no nutrient information, so we don't know what's in it.

Kenetic energy orange and berry (little jars) Taste is not bad, but sour.

I see it all the time--people beating themselves up in the gym and not seeing results. They don't understand that hitting the weights hard is only a small part of growing or even cutting down. I could train the same all year round and get big or get ripped just by eating different and taking different supplements"

As of right now, I've tried the 100% Whey, Herculin MRF4, and Creatine clear.

Whey - I used the whole choc package in about 8oz water. Pretty good and tasty. I thought it was only about 1 scoops worth. Come to find out, after i worked out i used the strawberry but poured it into MY whey scoop first. Turns out its about 2 scoops, so i would estimate 30-40g protein per pack. Strawberry is ok tasting, once again in 8oz water. Still have vanilla left.

Herculin MRF4 - pretty much a BCAA/creatine powder (12g of L- leucine, lysine, phenylalanine, threonine, valine, histidine, methionine, isoleucine, tyrosine, cysteine, and creatine). Good tasting, could drink anytime!

Creatine clear - well, lets say its not so clear. More along the lines of a few alka-seltzer tabs dropped in some water, but thats besides the point. But its not as if you just mixed some creatine in water, it had a sweet taste and no grit.

Just ate the smores bar...tastes good to me. Just imagine a smore w/ SOMEWHAT soggy grahm crackers. I dont know why its called a recovery bar though...it 25 vitamins/minerals, 12g (mostly SOY) protein, 5g fat, 25g carbs (mostly OATS).

I just got mine yesterday. I tried the recovery bar - smores. It wasnt bad at all, and if I was dieting hard it would definately be good when you get a sweet craving.

I also tried the Xenergy packet last night before my drive home (got my car out of the inpound yeahhhhh). It was kind of sweet, and did provide a nice little pick me up. Tyrosine and Alcar can have that effect, it also kicked in pretty quickly.

Today right before I was finished my workout I mixed together:
8 ball (lemon gator whey)
Glutamine edge
Clear creatine
glucosomine

couldn't slam it, tasted very sweet and sour (if that's possible) but made it last untill I was completed my workout ( 10 mins left).
