| This is just a FYI for anyone..... if you were looking for a supp that gives you incredible pumps, focus, and a burst of energy that helps drive you through your workouts......Get NO-EXPLODE! It is manufactured and dist. by BSN. Bulk has it for $40 and it contains about 40 workouts worth.......this S*^t had me jacked up....my arms were swollen after the first four sets and didn't calm down for about an hour after my workout.....my wife thought there was something wrong with me....she noticed as soon as she saw me. |

My focus improved though due to the caffeine and notropics. I've heard some who love it and alot who didn't. I for one can't take that shit because I workout in the pm and all that caf. will make it impossible to sleep. Plus, people have to decide whether or not the rediculous price tag for it is worth only getting an hour long pump. Some do make gains mostly due to increased energy to lift heavier. It also is rumored to only have 2 grams of Dicreatine malate (creatine salt) which I feel isn't enough to render a pronounced effect. Sorry to put it down after the rave review! |

Gender: | I tried NO-Xplode a couple of months ago and had mixed reviews. The stuff did seem to give me great preworkout energy and when I got in the gym I wanted to tear shit up. But as far as size gains I didn't find it any better than other creatines. There also isn't as many servings in a container since the servings size is relatively large compared to whats in the container. I think it has its place, but its just too pricey for me. |
