Well as far as supplements the basics to look at first are just a protein (whey) supplement and creatine. That product is basically a multivitamin with a little whey and soy added. It's BS. You need a multivitamin too but it ain't gonna increase your appetite by up to 300 percent unless you had severe enough defiencies in something to where appetite control mechanisms were messed up....I don't know what would cause that vitamin/min wise.

But you shouldn't be worried about supplements before you get diet and training in order.

Can you write down what you EAT now. Then we could get a better idea of what your missing in order to gain that weight.

TALO's Sig:"But when do you actually grow? Well, we don't grow in the gym. In the gym, we destroy. We tear down the body. We only grow when we are recovering. That's right, I said recovery. I see it all the time--people beating themselves up in the gym and not seeing results. They don't understand that hitting the weights hard is only a small part of growing or even cutting down. I could train the same all year round and get big or get ripped just by eating different and taking different supplements"
