Default gakkic???

my friend recently went to GNC and spent 80 bucks on gakkic (or something similarly spelled) its supposed to add 10% strength in 1 month of use. i was wondering what you guys think about this? is this possible (i think he wasted his money) he's had the stuff a few weeks now and he still hasn't used it. idk what he's waiting for.

Gakic is overpriced to start with, but when I tried it I found I could get an extra rep or 2 on a hard set (the weight did not feel lighter as some have said). For me it was not worth the price plus since he is not even taking it why buy it?

Tell him next time to listen to you (and read for himself) rather than go with GNC everytime. Their goal is to make money and Muscletech is expensive....

I tested Gakkic, and there should be a tester thread here. I saw some interesting stuff with it, from what I remember I did see a strength bump in the month I used it, but as widdoes pointed out it was more of a bump in reps then in overall wieghts.

After about a month it didnt really seem to do much, and having to take 8 pills pre workout was pretty ridiculous, especially those horse pills.
