Chemistry isn't my strongsuit...But if the ingredients differ slightly, then is it still the same thing? Anyone? |

Over at BN, their supply of Max EMG looks like it's all dryed up, so all that's left is phera plex and SD (both generic and AX brands). So if you're ever considering doing any alternatives later down the road, I'd buy something while it's cheap. Also, I know the generic SD that 1fast400 offers is only $20 compared to the AX brands $50....However.... The generic IMO is a rip off. You'll save a lot more money (like I just did not 5 minutes ago) if you get the AX version, then input the coupon code 'SUPER' during the checkout process. This will knock down the price to only $24.99 for a 90 count versus BN's $20 for only a 60 count...(2 cycles versus 3) An extra $4.99 for 30 more pills. Just an FYI that it looks like the next few days probably it (I'm guessing) for the phera plex. I bought a bottle of that for waaay later down the line, maybe for next winter sometime. | Moderator Rank: Light Heavyweight Experience: 7-10 Years | Update: I'm at the halfway point of my three week SD cycle. From day 6 on I've increased from 10 mg to 20 mg. [10 mg preworkout, 10 mg 12 hours later]. I haven't jumped on the scale recently and I won't until I'm finished. I've only experienced 2 sides: One feeling like I have a little hangover through most of the day and the other having slight shortness of breath..Kinda like if you go running when it's really cold outside. This one comes and goes, and is hardly noticable..Only time I really notice is when I first wake up and after some heavy squats. Considering the full spectrum of possible sides from this, I'm happy that I'm responding well. I haven't stepped on the scale, and won't until I'm finished. Strength increases have been very nice and noticable. It's easy for me to note since I lift within 30 minutes of waking up. Since I've taken the SD preworkout, I've got some pretty insane pumps, especially in my arms. Other than that, I also noticed that my muscles appear more "dryer", so IMO the SD seemed to take away some of my water retention I had from creatine. Guess that's why it's recommended to use creatine during the PCT. |

if you're goin for strength, fine, don't step on the scale...if you're worried about mass/weight...i'd step on the scale just so you know if you need to adjust cals. just my opinion though. you do what you want though, i ain't gonna lose sleep. anywho, keep us updated! is there a log you're keeping anywhere(i'll go look)? otherwise, i'll just check back here from time to time. keep at it! ![]() | |
