Default Glutamine Question

Hi, I have a question. I just purchased some Glutamine in powder form, to take as a post-workout supplement along with whey protein. To minimize my hassle, I was wondering if its possible to mix in the glutamine powder with the whey into one mixture, instead of doing them individually. Or should I keep them separated? Thanks.

Whatever your heart desires. I personally don't mix the two because that's alot of powder and it can get grainy.

L glutamine supplementation wont do much for u unless u got the patience to take it every few hours. I used to mix both back in the days, but I no longer use it.
