Default Good mass stack

Well to start i've been training since january. i'd say 4-5 lifts per week. I have seen some results but I'm not really gaining a lot of lean muscle mass. When I started I was 163.5lbs and now I'm 5'11" 182lbs and about 11-13% bodyfat. I need to know a good creatine and protein to stack together for max results.

You need to slow it down do 4 days your not letting your body recover. Are you lifting heavy and eating enough? because you gained about 20lb in 6 months. Bring your calories up to another 500-1000g enjoy the carb as much as you can now. You'll be begging for em on your cut. 11-13% bf is pretty lean. To look like a freak you gotta eat like one and train like one.

With creatine and protien shakes honestly it doesn't matter what creatine brand you use. Just hit up www.vitaminworld.com and check out their creatine mono its pretty good stuff. Nothing fancy or expensive pretty good deal, they'll have buy one get one free sometimes and you get a check type thing every 4 months when you buy. Protien shake i'd go with 100% whey from GNC yea i know GNc rips customers off but it tastes really good. The creaine doesn't matter but its your choice on how ever much you want to spend on the protien's. Good luck and you should post some pictures and i'll tell you what your bf % is.

I've tried a few stacks: MT Cell-tech and Nitro-tech has worked well for me. I have seen the most gains with these. I am planning on trying the nanovapor with my next cycle. I have heard good things but bad things for the long term. But still would like to try it.

But overall, these have done me the best and I have always converted back to them. However, they tend to be a little pricey.

A good starter stack IMO is this:

A good whey protien for pre and post workout
dextrose/maltodextrin for pre and post workout
creatine (either mono or cee)
Citruline Malate

all these can be found for very cheap at www.nutraplanet.com in bulk powder form. Read through the stickys, especially the how to bulk sticky.
