Gender: | The NO explode will boost eneregy for a couple of weeks then it fades hard. Not worth it at all IMO. As far as mass, like they've been saying, whey protein and good carbs all the way. Oh yeah, and some good lean protein at every meal too.... |

Gender: | thanx 4 all the help who has the best prices on the Procomplex. I'm currently taking the ON 100% Whey and I have noticed some lean muscle, but I need something that will give me some muscle, but also help me gain some weight. |

Gender: | Truemass is a good product, but like others are saying, gainers are pricy and most containers last a week. Truemass is about 50bucks a container and lasts for I think about 9 days. Look at the stats of it though: 16g fat, 76g carbs, 46g protein. Sounds like you can get that easily from healthy foods without killing your blender. Do the math: that stuff will run you about 200 bucks a month, when you can get the nutrients from real food at a fraction of the price. Check out Costco and buy bulk. |
