Just got my supplements at BN.com and will start taking it tomorrow I was wondering how much grams should I be taking though? I'm 5'7" weighs 185lbs haven't really figured out my total body mass yet but if there's someone that knows an advice will help! thanks

Oh and mixing the BCAA's in water is just a pain in the a** so is there anybody knows how to mix it?? It would be appreciated!

BCAA's 500 grams
Citrulline Malate Powder 200 grams
Creatine Ethyl Ester HCl 100 grams
Dextrose 2lb

For me....
Not sure about the BCAAs...mine are in the mail right now.

Do they not mix well? I'll sip on mine throughout the day...when I get them.
Citrulline Malate - 4gr
Creatine Ethyl Ester - 3-5gr
Dextrose - 20gr ... But I mix it with 20gr of maltodextrin, so I'm not sure if you should increase the amount to 40gr or so. I think it should stay around 20gr.

it'll take you a couple of minutes to get them mixed I don't like the taste so I'm mixing it with juice or something.

This is a good dose pre/post workout right?? Thanks I'm gonna take 'em before I go to the gym tomorrow I'll let you know my feedback after
