Default Help with compound supplements...

I have seen products on the internet that say they are alternatives to steroids.

Is it possible to have an alternative to steroids?

These products claim to increase lean muscles mass by 15-30 lbs, and decrease body fat % by 5-6% on average.

I was wondering if anyone knows if they work at all.

If you want me to post some of the products i have seen, I will.

I have also seen these products on eBAY, if you search "steroids" on ebay you will see 3-4 different products that claim to increase muscless mass and all that... there are alot of purchases.

Please post your opinion on this topic, even if you dont have much knowlede of these.

The only alternatives became illegal (prohormones). Just effective marketing to the targeted market...the uninformed. I see alot of companies that keep their advertisements for regular vitamins/herbs that they used to have for prohormones! (Impact Nutrition) I also wouldn't recommend trying to go online for steroids either because you run a tremendous risk of getting caught, and most of the time it's a fake anyway. Nowadays, creatine and food are about as anabolic as you're gonna get.

Darkhorse's Sig:My Training Philosophy

how big would you be if ALL you did was:

Squat 400 x 20
Deadlift 500 x 5
Bench 315 x 5, or dip with 100 lbs added.
Chin with 75 lbs strapped to your waist x 5
Miltary Press 225 x 8

Pretty ****ing big is my guess. Without any "rear delt work".

Being that you are 17-18, your test and hormones are raging. The best thing for right now is whey, creatine, glutamin, and vits. come up with asolid diet. 80% of your resultswill come from diet. food is the best anabolic. what is your diet like?

yup, ads for products, they can say anything they like, look at the 4pg ads in mostmuscle mags, its pretty ridiculus.
