Default Help with supplements

Hey, im reletivly new to the whole world of supplement side of working out. I'm currently taking Wheytech protein powder of which i usually take 2 times a day one in the morning one after a workout. Im interested in taking Celltech, witch is a creatine powder. I was wondering if these things are beneficial to take together, if its even worth it, and some routines in whitch i should comsume them. My idea is to bulking up if that will help the answer side of my question.

Thanks

i know some people in here take their creatine dosages with thier protien in like a pre post workout basis, but i think it really depends on whats in your protien which tells u if its going to be affective or not.things like carbs and sugar help out the effectivness of creatine. hope this helps

I always put my creatine in my pre and post workout shakes. Why drink more if you don't have to. On a off day I just throw it in a shake. For me it's always in a shake.

Cell-Tech isn't the best choice. Muscle-Tech products in general suck.

Here's how unpopular cell-tech is with fellow weightlifters.

Total Calories 300
Calories From Fat 0
Total Fat 0 g 0%
Saturated Fat 0 g 0%
Cholesterol 0 mg 0%
Sodium 60 mg 3%
Potassium 150 mg 4%
Total Carbohydrates 75 g 25%
Dietary Fiber 0 g 0%
Sugars 75 g

Cell-Tech weight gain is directly related to the ungodly amount of sugar per serving. If you want to loose weight, you don't want 75 grams of sugar, pure and simple. Regular creatine mono will be just as effective and better for your goals.

As for how and when to take creatine, check out some of the past posts. It's all pretty much covered.

Thanks for the info guys... For the future when i get rid of the celltech and get something else i read a lot here that you want to take the creatine with carbs, if i just add it in a protien shake will it work as well or should i make a different shake, or can i add the dextrose or whatever it is?
