| I used to work out stricty on and off and looked fairly good, not a extremly impressive bodybuilder but ok. Since then I have not trained for a year and totally out of shape and not good! I am now 34 years old and want to get back into my training again. I realise at 34 my test is going to be low and will not be as easy to gain muscle as before. I am looking into trying this... http://www.hgh-pro.com/images/chartsml.jpg It looks safe? and sounds like its perfectly ok to take as a tablet and not a liquid.. please let me know if this is going to be safe and help to speed up my training results by increasing growth. This was me last year.... ![]() ![]() and this is me after no excercise and eating junk now! ![]() I'm going to start my training again from TODAY! So I'll keep u updated as I get back in shape again.. should be interesting now as I am in such bad shape and to get back in good shape again. I think every 2 months I will be able to see good progress as I have done it before. Can someone please advise me on the HGH? Has anyone else tried this and is it safe for me to take to gain muscle? I tried doing a search on here but nothing came up, so I thought I'd ask u guys. Thanks. |

| Well for the most part every HGH "suppliment" i've seen to date is bullshit. I would like to post a few quotes from that site ... Quote:
Besides, even real HGH takes six months or so to show definate results, just go with the real stuff, or dont bother with it.

| Hey 81, Thanks for that advice.. I can see you have been into your training a long time and your advice was more than good enough for me to stear clear. Just what I was hoping for... someone to give me straight honest advice. I'll walk away from that and train without any enhancements. I have been out of the game a long time now...and need to catch up on what is worth taking (that works and not BS). Cheers ;) |

I'm continually amazed at how easily people are duped by these snake oil sales pitches. Come on man, it's the 21st century! When you see ridiculous sounding claims like in this ad that have no references or studies that back anything they say it is just that; bullshit. Why waste money on HGH "supplements" and "precursors"? Like hrdgain said why not just spend the same money on some of the real stuff? I believe people think that they're getting the same thing but that it's safer like the adds purport. I'm afraid that anything that really works is gonna carry some risks. Sorry Bulk, I apologize for coming down so hard, after all you did ask. Get yourself hooked up with some real HGH or better yet, how about a 12 week cycle of testosterone enanthate? That'll get you where you want to be pretty quick. Or the same amount of money will buy you a nice handful of d-bol or a-drol that should be equally interesting to you! Iron

Iron, I like your direct and honest advice. I have always trained myself and using basic methods and nothing like these kind of suppliments before.. so I am very much a novice and inexperienced with these 'kind' of suppliments. This is why I found this forum to ask you guys that have years of experience and to help me out. This is only my 1st day on here and I have read a lot of posts of here and found it really good to learn about the whole scene. I have only taken protein and vits before! lol.. so sorry if I sound like I am asking daft questions. Thanks guys... really appreciate it. btw... some of the things I have read so far included the real 'HGH' and it is mighty expensive... (more than steriods) and I now realise its quite a risk and you can grow in areas that you dont want to with it permanently... (forehead.. elbow.. feet.. and heart problems can occur etc) Like I said tho... forgive me for being so naive.. I know there are risks with all the things that actually work but there are some risks that out weigh the gains for me. cheers for the help.
