| Rank: New Member | i understand that ß-hydroxy-ß-methylbutyrate is a substance which is a substrate of leucine and that it helps to speed up the muscle growth but what im wondering is that how does that differentiate from creatine??? also im also contemplating to get hmb or creatine as part of my supplement intake as my main aim is to gain muscular strength asap ![]() |
