I just came off a 4 week oxodrol cycle and i need to know a little bit about the nolva. Do i need to take it on an empty stomache? Am i good with going with 40mg ED for 2 weeks then tone it down? I have read on some forums to take a whole lot more than 40mg.....that does not sound right to me, but i dont really know for sure; so any input from anyone would help alot. ![]()

Its a good idea to run the rebound inverse to the nolva, meaning something like this 40/30/20/10 - nolva 00/25/50/50 - rbound personally I wont go over two caps of rebound a day, it drys my joints bad. If you dont have that problem then go up to 3 caps (75mg). The rest looks good, RYR for lipids, and liver protection, you may want to up your cals a bit, and if you've been off creatine/citruline then add those back in as well if you want.

6oxo is also an AI (aromatase inhibitor) although it isnt as strong IMO. I always found it to be easier on the joints then rebound but like i said its not as strong, so perhaps at much higher dosage it would have the same effect. its really up to you, either option is good as far as I'm concerned.
