It adds up quick. A little here a little there.
Gym memberships are cheap, it's the food and supplements that will kill you.

I did try 2 weeks of M-one-T before the ban. It was great, but the sides made me glad it was over. My kidneys felt like they'd been stabbed all day, and I was so fricken lethargic that after a full 8 hours of sleep I almosot fell asleep behind the wheel almost every day.

U should have just used caffine pills or just simple 4AD to fight the lethergy.

Any more caffeine pills in a day for me at that time and I would've turned into Elvis Presley... ;)

I spend about 100bucks a month on my supps. I try my hardest to keep it at that too! Hopefully if business picks up then it can go up to 150 or 200. This is not counting Protein powders either.

haha what u guys need r parents to live w/ they pay for my food jus if i want supps thats outta my own pocket too bad only crap around where i live is a walmart or cvs idk if they even have shakes
