Default How much do you guys spend in a month

on supplements? I haven't hit on a monthly re-orde point yet but for two months in a row I've been over $200 and I know that it could easily double.

WTF  What the hell do you buy?? Half of that should probably be spent on food. I spend roughly $60 per month. The rest goes into meat. ;)

Well that's kind of why I am asking. I don't want to be going overboard on all this.

Later maybe I'll post what I do in a day.

When I order I tend to order a supply that lasts around 2 months. So about 6 weeks in I reorder so I never run out. Usually around $150-200 for 2 month supply.

ive spent 120 in the last 3 months on things like protien, creatine, vitimins, amino acids. I dont mind that much though as long as they are effective its worth every dollar
