About citric acid and creatine you said somehting about upset stomache I havent been feeling good for past couple days after taking it with oranges. Could be that.

I doubt that. I think the citric acid just impeades the creatine from being maximized in the stomach. I don't think it causes upset stomach. I doubt it, but I could be wrong.
