I bought some free form L-Citrulline powder for pre-workout. Is this just as effective as L-Citrulline Malate?

Honestly I have not tried it personally, but some people I talked to (and respect) said they had similar results. Try it and let me know, I would be interested to hear your opinion.

I haven't opened the bottle yet so I can still return it and buy it off of trueprotein. I will be taking 4 grams pre workout, is that good?

I bought the powder. BTW how long did it take them to ship your purchase? It was over a week for me to get my waxy maize.

I want to buy the citrulline since I can get 450g for the same price as 150 here.
