  • Current Weight: 198lbs
  • Weight Loss Goal: about 20lbs (of fat obviously)
  • Current Body Fat %: 20ish
  • Body Fat Goal within the next 60 days: I'd like to hit 10%, but that may be asking too much for 60 days
  • Weight Loss Supps You Have Taken: Redline, Hydroxycut, Xenadrine (none of which worked, but my diet wasnt really in check for weightloss)
  • ALL Supplements You Currently Take: Protein, Havoc
  • What supps would you take while Logging Leviathan?: Protein, possibly some CEE
  • Prescription Medications?: None
  • Injuries: None, ever
  • Bodybuilding history: Started back my freshman year in HS, was off and on during HS. Been taking it much more seriously the past 8 months or so (with a little break in there due to some personal problems)
  • Current BB Routine: DFT 5x5
  • Can Post Pictures Before/After: Yes
  • Diet? The product is supposed to be a muscle building and fat loss supplement, so I'm not sure which diet would fit better.

I would go with a cutting diet. That's the results everyone wants.

Sounds good. But there are a million different diets to follow. Anything you'd reccomend? Just a basic carb depletion, UD 2.0, low fat, etc...

Aren't you gonna try this out?
