Gender: | I am current athlete....I'm looking to put on 10-15 pounds of lean muslce....my body fat is 12%... also i would liketo get more ripped..I weigh 190 lbs right now?.....I have always had a hard time putting on weight naturally.....my nutrition as far as my eating/ and protein in take is good..i am lifting really hard and doing cardio just about everyday....I do alot of olympic lifting...in my sport i need to be flexible,and explosive....so i cant get to big or slow..does anyone have any suggestions on enhancing supplments?...or anything that can help me?...thanks |

Gender: | heres the thing im at 190 lbs i cant lose weight bc by mid july i got to be between 200-205.....wont caffeine and ephedrine make me lose weight!!!!!.....do u thinking hitting a cycle would be wise? |
