Default need advice on supplements

I am current athlete....I'm looking to put on 10-15 pounds of lean muslce....my body fat is 12%... also i would liketo get more ripped..I weigh 190 lbs right now?.....I have always had a hard time putting on weight naturally.....my nutrition as far as my eating/ and protein in take is good..i am lifting really hard and doing cardio just about everyday....I do alot of olympic lifting...in my sport i need to be flexible,and explosive....so i cant get to big or slow..does anyone have any suggestions on enhancing supplments?...or anything that can help me?...thanks

would you rather bulk up and put on those 10-15lbs of muscle or lose some fat?

Diet is more important than supplements....Once you nail that down, you will see the changes.
but.....

Protein
creatine
multi vit
caffeine
ephedrine

.....and, cardio

heres the thing im at 190 lbs i cant lose weight bc by mid july i got to be between 200-205.....wont caffeine and ephedrine make me lose weight!!!!!.....do u thinking hitting a cycle would be wise?

I thought you wanted to lose weight....sorry man, read wrong.

Just eat more....I wouldn't advise a cycle for you, but that's just my opion.

I am interested in hitting a cycle....but my system needs to be clean by september(blood Test), is that possible?...What do u suggest?

Alright, let me TRY and make my question more clear to you...would you rather bulk up and put on those 10-15lbs of muscle OR lose some fat?
