Default Need some help gaingin weight

I have been trying to gain weight for a while now because i have always been what i would consider under weight. I am about 5'6" and I only weigh around 95-98 pounds. The number seems to fluctuate daily and I can never seem to sustain a weight over 100 pounds for more then a couple of days in a row. I have recently moved to a new city and I am more motivated then ever to reach my personal goals, I just need some help deciding what types of supplements I should be using to help me get there. I just started taking NO-Xplode stacked with whey protein. I take the NO-Xplode before i work out and then i drink a protein shake after my workout and then another one later in the evening. I try to eat a diet that is also very rich in protein and carbs. I just want to know if this could be the correct stack to help me gain the weight i'm looking for in lean muscle. Thank you

Any way you could post a diet of what you eat in a day with times?

Well as of now I dont have any real eating schedule because my sleeping cycle has been messed up for the last week. Going to bed to late and waking up even later. My lifting is the first thing i do in the morning and i cant eat because of the no-xplode. I drink a protein shake after my work out and then another around 8pm. After my workout i normally eat something with chicken and some type of pasta. When i decide to eat a dinner which is almost any time I will eat some kind of food with a lot of carbs, again usually a pasta with some type of meat. This is my usual diet but occasionaly i shy away from it on non workout days. Could you give me some specifics on what i should be eating and how much?

Dr.X's Sticky on how to bulk-http://www.bodybuilding.net/nutrition-forum/how-to-bulk-1159.html

That should cover it.

Personally right now I dont think your eating nearly enough. Really only 4 times a day (counting post workout shake)

Thank you, I actualy had just finished reading that when i checked back to this forum. I now know that I should be eating almost twice as much as I am now. Do you know if there is anybody on this site or somewhere else that would write up a diet for me so that I dont just think i'm doing everything right, I'll know i'm doing it right?

Well I could refer you to someone who will overcharge you heavily to make you a diet that you can do yourself.

I suggest you re-read Dr.X's sticky....then read it again, then make a diet, post it up and me and the rest of the people on the forum will look it over for you and help you out I think youll like the second option

If you take the time to plan out a good diet using that sticky, all of us here will be more then happy to help critique it.
