| I am 24 and weigh 175.Just started out training and I am looking for only one or two supplements which are essential and dont have any side effects like hairloss etc. I am not looking to become herculese so I am just looking for something which keeps body fat in check and assists in muscle growth.So what would be that one essential supplement you think I must take. thanks |
