Default Need to gain Mass...Now!

I'm now looking to gain mass.....serious mass. I just recently had a bf test done, so here's where I stand....
5' 10" , 190lbs & 10% bf.....
I would really like to get up to about 215-225 lbs before I start to try cutting. HELP!!!!

5 meals a day or so high carbs I think (remembering reading something about weight gain) that or take a look at sticky clean bulking

start packing in the food... when you aren't eating/sleeping/shitting/working out/ or at work... you should be eating

lol thats a pretty good routine thats all u basically need to do is eat alot of food with high levels of protien, with carbs, and calories. and workout too

Thanks for the responses......I'm trying to get my calorie intake up to around 3200 calories a day....I've been counting my protein and have it up to 200gms. per day.....still trying to get that higher. Also bought some extreme XXL made by ABB to try and help supplement some of the extra needed cals. Thanks again!
