Default Need your advice ,,,,

Dear All,
I am 28y playing since 6 month, I am 70 “ tall and 159 Pound weight, and I am looking for enlarging and getting shaped body,
Kindly advice what supplement should I take

One of my friends told me to take the following, and told me I’ll gain around 22 pound in a month .
Please gave your opinion or suggestion
1- Muscletech- Mass teck
2- Muscletech- Anator-p70
3- BSN - True Mass
4- BSN - No xplode

I still don't know if this guy, quit is for real. I'm going to just assume that he is, and is having to use google translate to comunicate.


In my opinon you should just by some whey protien (not over priced muscle tech stuff) and spend the rest on real whole foods.

sorry if my English is not good ,,
right now i am using optimum why protein with glutamate, but my wight is not increasing :(

diet just means what you are eating everyday...if you're not gaining weight, you're probably not eating enough. are your lifts going up?

So as I understand you've only been training for 6 months? If you're trying to gain 22 lbs in a months time you understand that most of it will be fat...it's impossible to add muscle that quickly!!

My advice, get a good eating plan in check and put some serious time in the gym...I'm talking years not months...
